 천안시 도시재생지원센터가 2026년 ‘천안시 도시재생 투어 전문코스 3: 봉명지구’를 새롭게 개설했습니다.

센터는 2022년 8월부터 도시재생 투어 코스를 상설 운영하며 2025년까지 전국 지자체와 시민 등 750여 명이 참여해 천안시 도시재생 사례를 확산해 왔습니다.

신설된 봉명지구 코스는 완공된 거점공간과 운영 현황을 현장에서 확인할 수 있게 구성됐으며, 봉명마을관리사회적협동조합의 운영 사례와 추진 과정을 직접 듣는 기회를 제공합니다.

주요 방문지는 지역 경제 활성화를 도모하는 ‘상생상가(부챙이 마을카페)’와 주민 교육 및 소모임 공간인 ‘봉명동 커뮤니티센터’입니다.

The Cheonan Urban Regeneration Support Center has newly launched the “2026 Cheonan Urban Regeneration Tour Specialized Course 3: Bongmyeong District.”

Since August 2022, the center has been operating urban regeneration tour courses continuously, with over 750 participants, including local governments, city councils, and citizens nationwide, until 2025. This has contributed to spreading Cheonan’s urban regeneration success stories across the country.

The newly established Bongmyeong District course is designed to allow participants to observe completed hub spaces and their current operations on-site. It also offers opportunities to hear directly from the Bongmyeong Village Management Social Cooperative about their management practices and project progress.

Key visit sites include the “Sangsaeng Market (Buchangi Village Cafe),” which functions as a hub for local economic revitalization, and the “Bongmyeong-dong Community Center,” utilized as a space for resident education and small group meetings.

The Korea Franchise Association Gyeongsangbuk-do Branch is recruiting dining businesses to participate in the “Meal-Kit Product Development and Consulting Support Project” aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of local restaurants.

This project focuses on developing meal-kit products based on local signature menus and providing integrated support for online sales and distribution. Selected businesses will receive assistance in meal-kit planning and development, recipe standardization, packaging and product consulting, establishment of online sales channels, and expansion of distribution and sales networks. This comprehensive support aims to enable tangible sales growth and build a sustainable business model.

Chairperson Shin Insik of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Branch emphasized, “Meal-kits can serve as a new growth driver for the food service industry. This project will lay the foundation for local restaurants to expand into the online market.”

한국 4대 매화는 오죽헌 율곡매, 화엄사 화엄매, 백양사 고불매, 선암사 선암매 이다. The four major plum blossoms of Korea are the Yulgok Plum Blossom at Ojukheon, the Hwaeom Plum Blossom at Hwaeomsa Temple, the Gobul Plum Blossom at Baekyangsa Temple, and the Seonam Plum Blossom at Seonamsa Temple.

 조선 시대 선비들이 ‘매난국죽(梅蘭菊竹)’ 중 맨 앞자리를 차지하며 가까이한 꽃, 매화는 시‧서‧화 등 다양한 예술에서 절개와 지조의 상징으로 등장해 왔습니다. 조선 중기 문신 상촌 신흠의 시구 ‘매일생한불매향(梅一生寒不賣香)’은 “매화는 일생을 추위 속에서 살아도 그 향기를 팔지 않는다”라는 의미로, 고난 속에서도 굳건한 정신을 표현합니다.

한국 4대 매화로는 천연기념물로 지정된 강릉 오죽헌 율곡매(제484호), 구례 화엄사 매화(제485호), 장성 백양사 고불매(제486호), 순천 선암사 선암매(제488호)가 있습니다.

강릉 오죽헌 율곡매는 신사임당과 율곡 이이와 연관된 매화로, 조선 초기 건축물 내에 자리합니다.

구례 화엄사 매화는 자연 그대로의 상태로 자란 매화로, 경내 길상암 앞에 위치해 있습니다.

장성 백양사 고불매는 ‘고불총림’의 기품을 닮아 부처님의 원래 가르침을 기리는 의미에서 고불매라 불리는 홍매화입니다.

순천 선암사 선암매는 고려 시대 중건 당시 기록이 남아 있을 만큼 매화와 깊은 인연이 있으며, 사찰 지붕을 덮을 정도로 풍성하게 피어납니다.

국립공원공단 내장산국립공원백암사무소(소장 최대성)는 내장산국립공원 백양사 일원의 고불매 개화가 시작되었음을 알리며, 이번 주말부터 4월 초까지 절정을 이루어 아름다운 매화 향기와 자태를 감상할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있습니다.

특히, ‘2026 백양사 고불매 선매향 축제’가 3월 28일 토요일 오전 10시부터 오후 5시까지 백양사 일원에서 열리며, 선명상, 향기명상, 걷기명상 등 명상 프로그램과 갤러리, 먹거리 마켓 등 다채로운 행사가 준비되어 있습니다.

매화가 품은 선비 정신과 함께 우리나라 4대 매화 명소의 봄기운을 만끽할 수 있는 이번 축제에 많은 관심과 참여를 바랍니다.
