 하림이 신제품 ‘직화 닭가슴살’ 3종(소금구이맛, 바베큐구이맛, 갈비구이맛)을 출시했다. 그릴 마크만 찍거나 향을 옅게 입힌 시중 제품들과 달리, 진짜 직화 공법으로 풍성한 맛을 즐길 수 있도록 하기 위해 신선한 닭가슴살을 12시간 양념 숙성하고, 두 번의 오븐 초벌 및 고온 직화구이로 촉촉하면서도 풍부한 숯불향을 구현한 제품이다. 

각 100g 당 21~23g의 단백질을 제공하며, 소금구이맛은 짭조름한 감칠맛, 바베큐구이맛은 스모키한 풍미, 갈비구이맛은 단짠단짠 갈비 양념 맛이 특징이다.

Harim has launched a new line of “Direct Flame Grilled Chicken Breast” in three flavors: Salt Grill, Barbecue Grill, and Galbi Grill. Unlike other products that only feature grill marks or light flavoring, this product uses a true direct flame grilling method. Fresh chicken breast is marinated for 12 hours and then cooked twice in the oven before finishing with high-temperature direct flame grilling, resulting in a moist texture and rich smoky flavor.

Each 100g serving provides 21 to 23 grams of protein. The Salt Grill flavor offers a salty and savory taste, the Barbecue Grill has a smoky aroma, and the Galbi Grill features a sweet and salty galbi marinade.

This refrigerated product can be enjoyed conveniently by simply tearing the packaging and heating it in the microwave for about one minute without thawing. The “Direct Flame Grilled Chicken Breast” series is available on Harim’s Naver Smart Store and at convenience stores nationwide.
