미래 모빌리티 핵심 인재를 육성하는 ‘2026 스마트 모빌리티 창업캠프’ 참가팀 모집! Recruiting teams for the ‘2026 Smart Mobility Startup Camp’ to foster key talent for future mobility!

 대구광역시는 국내 자동차 산업 원로들의 경험과 전국 대학(원)생의 혁신 아이디어를 결합해 미래 모빌리티 핵심 인재를 육성하는 ‘2026 스마트 모빌리티 창업캠프’ 참가팀을 모집한다.

2017년부터 한국자동차공학한림원(KAAE)과 협력해 진행 중인 이번 캠프는 차세대 모빌리티 기술과 창업 아이디어 발굴에 중점을 둔다. KAIST를 비롯한 주요 대학 교수진과 자동차 대기업 임원 출신 원로 전문가들이 참가 학생들에게 일대일 멘토링을 제공하며, 학생들의 아이디어가 창업과 사업모델로 발전할 수 있도록 밀착 지원한다.

모집은 5월 22일 금요일까지 한국자동차공학한림원 홈페이지(www.kaae.kr)에서 진행되며, 선발된 12개 팀은 약 5개월간 프로그램을 수행한다. 최종 결과는 10월 ‘미래혁신기술박람회(FIX 2026)’ 기간 중 경연대회를 통해 발표된다.

‘FIX 2026’과의 연계를 통해 참가자들은 최신 글로벌 모빌리티 기술과 산업 흐름을 경험하며 창업 아이디어를 검증하고 확장할 수 있다.

최종 우수 3개 팀에는 시상과 함께 특허출원 지원 등 실질적 후속 혜택이 제공된다. 지난해 캠프에서는 체형 인식 기반 지능형 안전벨트, 드론 연계 자율임무 수행 모빌리티 시스템, 터널 내 차량 충돌방지 시스템 등 혁신적 아이디어들이 큰 주목을 받았다.

Daegu Metropolitan City is recruiting participating teams for the ‘2026 Smart Mobility Startup Camp,’ a program that combines the rich field experience of domestic automotive industry veterans with the innovative ideas of university students across the country to cultivate core talents in future mobility.

Since 2017, this camp has been conducted in collaboration with the Korea Academy of Automotive Engineering (KAAE), focusing on discovering next-generation mobility technologies and startup ideas. Professors from leading universities, including KAIST, alongside veteran experts formerly serving as executives at major automotive companies, provide one-on-one mentoring to the participating students. The city plans to closely support participants to ensure their innovative ideas develop beyond proposals into actual startups and viable business models.

Applications are open until Friday, May 22, via the Korea Academy of Automotive Engineering website (www.kaae.kr). Twelve teams will be selected to undergo an approximately five-month program. The final results will be presented at a competition held during the ‘Future Innovation Technology Expo (FIX 2026)’ in October.
