레드캡투어는 1월 26일 서울 을지로 본사에서 공정거래 문화 확산 및 준법경영 실천을 위한 ‘공정거래 자율준수 프로그램(CP)’ 도입 선포식을 개최했다. CP는 기업 내부의 준법 시스템으로, 임직원들에게 명확한 행동 기준을 제공해 불공정거래 및 법 위반 행위를 사전에 예방하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이번 선포식에는 인유성 대표이사와 주요 임직원이 참석해 CP 도입의 의미와 추진 의지를 공유했다.
레드캡투어는 부서별·직무별 법 위반 위험을 사전에 공유하고 예방 조치를 강화하는 시스템을 구축하며, 임직원 대상 정기 교육과 자율준수협의체 운영, 정기적 리스크 점검 등 다양한 활동을 통해 CP를 실질적 실행 기준으로 정착시킬 계획이다. 지난 12일 정기이사회에서는 ESG 추진 계획을 보고하고, 정희현 ESG위원장을 CP 운영 책임자인 자율준수관리자(CCO)로 선임했다.
인유성 대표이사는 “준법·윤리 경영은 기업의 지속가능성을 위한 필수 과제”라며 CP를 통한 공정거래 문화 정착과 신뢰받는 기업으로의 도약을 약속했다. 레드캡투어는 앞으로도 온실가스 배출량 검증, 산불 피해 복원, 소비자권익 보호 등 ESG 경영 활동을 지속 추진할 예정이다.
Redcap Tour held a Declaration Ceremony for the introduction of its “Compliance Program (CP)” to promote fair trade culture and implement ethical management on January 26 at its headquarters in Euljiro, Seoul. The CP is an internal compliance system designed to provide clear behavioral guidelines for employees to prevent unfair trade practices and legal violations proactively.
The ceremony was attended by CEO In Yoo-sung and key executives, who shared the significance and direction of adopting the CP. Redcap Tour plans to establish a system to share and mitigate legal risks by department and role, support regular employee training, operate a compliance committee, and conduct periodic risk assessments to firmly embed CP as a practical standard.
At the regular board meeting held on January 12, the company reported its ESG promotion plan, appointing ESG Committee Chairperson Jung Hee-hyun as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) responsible for overseeing CP operations.
CEO In Yoo-sung emphasized, “Compliance and ethical management are no longer optional but essential for corporate sustainability.” He pledged that Redcap Tour will fully support embedding a fair trade culture throughout the organization and becoming a trusted company.
Redcap Tour will continue its ESG management activities, including third-party verification of greenhouse gas emissions, restoration of forest fire damage, and consumer rights protection.
