한화시스템(대표 손재일)이 2026년 상반기 신입사원 정기채용을 실시한다. 방산과 ICT 부문에서 각각 연구개발(R&D), AI·빅데이터 기반 IT 시스템 개발 및 운영, 경영지원 등 다양한 직군에서 세 자릿수 규모의 인재를 모집하며, 지원은 한화그룹 채용 홈페이지 ‘한화인’을 통해 온라인 접수 가능하다.
방산 부문에서는 대공방어체계, 우주, 해양 시스템, MRO 분야에서, ICT 부문에서는 IT서비스·ERP 개발·운영, 시스템 인프라 구축·운영, 구매 분야에서 채용을 진행한다. 지원 자격은 국내외 4년제 학사·석사 졸업자 및 2026년 8월 졸업 예정자이며, 방산 부문은 3월 26일까지, ICT 부문은 3월 25일까지 지원할 수 있다.
한화시스템은 핵심 R&D 인력과 글로벌 비즈니스 역량 보유자를 중심으로 인재 확보에 집중하며, 전국 주요 대학에서 간담회와 선배 사원 토크쇼 등 리크루팅 활동을 활발히 진행할 예정이다. 또한 제주우주센터 등 지방 사업장에 지역 청년 인재 채용을 강화해 국가균형발전과 지역경제 활성화에도 기여할 계획이다.
Hanwha Systems is launching its regular recruitment for new employees in the first half of 2026. The company plans to hire a three-digit number of outstanding talent across various fields including research and development (R&D), AI and big data-based IT systems development and operation, and management support in both defense and ICT sectors. In the defense sector, recruitment focuses on areas such as air defense systems, space, maritime systems, and MRO. The ICT sector is recruiting for IT services, ERP development and operation, system infrastructure construction and operation, and purchasing. Eligible applicants include domestic and international bachelor’s and master’s graduates as well as those expected to graduate by August 2026. The application deadline is March 26 for defense and March 25 for ICT sectors.
