 제네시스가 3월 19일(목) ‘2027 GV60’과 ‘2027 GV70 전동화 모델’을 공식 출시하고 본격적인 판매에 돌입했다. 이번 신모델은 고객 편의성과 안전성을 대폭 강화하며 선택의 폭을 넓힌 것이 특징이다.

2027 GV60은 기존 가격을 유지하면서 ‘페달 오조작 안전 보조’ 기능을 기본 사양으로 적용, 저속이나 정차 시 전후방 장애물에 대한 충돌 위험을 능동적으로 줄인다. 아울러 기존 ‘컨비니언스 패키지’ 내 2열 옵션을 분리해 고객 선호에 맞춘 맞춤 선택이 가능해졌다. 판매 가격은 6490만원부터(환경친화적 자동차 세제 혜택 적용 기준)다.

럭셔리 중형 전기 SUV인 2027 GV70 전동화 모델은 운전자의 피로도를 줄여주는 운전석 에르고 모션 시트를 기본 탑재했고, 빌트인 캠 녹화 시간은 종전 20시간에서 120시간으로 확대됐다. ‘오션웨이브 블루’와 ‘하바나 브라운’ 등 신규 내장 컬러, ‘트롬스 그린’ 외장 컬러도 추가됐다. 패키지 구성도 전면 개편해 ‘프레스티지 패키지’ 신설 등 고객 만족과 가격 합리성을 강화했다. 판매 가격은 7580만원부터다.

출시를 기념한 시승 후기 이벤트도 진행된다. 개인 소유 차량 또는 제네시스 홈페이지를 통해 전기차 시승 후 인스타그램, 유튜브, 블로그 등에 ‘#전기차도제네시스답게’ 해시태그와 함께 후기를 올리고 홈페이지에서 응모하면 추첨을 통해 북촌 한옥 호텔 ‘노스텔지어 히든재’ 숙박권과 뱅앤올룹슨 ‘베오사운드 익스플로어’ 스피커 등이 제공된다.

제네시스는 이번 출시에 대해 전기차 본연의 다이내믹한 성능과 정숙성, 프리미엄 인테리어를 고루 갖춘 모델로 평가받고 있다며, 더 많은 소비자가 브랜드 전기차를 직접 경험할 수 있도록 이벤트 참여를 독려했다.

Genesis officially launched the ‘2027 GV60’ and ‘2027 GV70 Electrified Model’ on March 19 (Thursday) and commenced full-scale sales. The new models feature significantly enhanced customer convenience and safety while expanding options for buyers.

The 2027 GV60 maintains its previous pricing while introducing the ‘Pedal Misapplication Prevention Assist’ as a standard feature, which actively reduces collision risks by limiting torque and applying brakes when obstacles are detected within 1.5 meters at low speed or stopped conditions. Additionally, the second-row options previously bundled with the ‘Convenience Package’ have been separated into a new ‘2nd Row Comfort Package’ to better align with customer preferences. The starting price is 64.9 million KRW (after applying eco-friendly vehicle tax benefits).

The luxury mid-size electric SUV, the 2027 GV70 Electrified Model, comes standard with the driver’s ergonomic motion seat designed to reduce fatigue and enhance driving comfort. The built-in camera recording time has been extended from about 20 hours to 120 hours. New interior colors ‘Ocean Wave Blue’ and ‘Habana Brown,’ along with a dynamic exterior color ‘Troms Green,’ have also been added. The package lineup has been reorganized to improve affordability and customer satisfaction, introducing a new ‘Prestige Package’ that bundles premium features. The starting price is 75.8 million KRW (after eco-friendly vehicle tax benefits).

To celebrate the launch, Genesis is holding a test-drive review event. Participants who test-drive a Genesis electric vehicle with their own car or via the Genesis website and post their reviews including photos or videos on personal channels such as Instagram, YouTube, or blogs with the hashtag ‘#ElectricCarLikeGenesis’ can apply on the official Genesis website. Selected winners will receive prizes including a stay voucher at the Bukchon Hanok Hotel ‘Nostalgie Hiddenjae’ or a Bang & Olufsen Beosound Explore speaker engraved with the Genesis logo.
