경상남도 ‘AI 크리에이터 100인 육성사업’ 교육생 모집 6대1 경쟁률 기록! Gyeongsangnam-do’s ‘AI Creator 100 Training Project’ Trainee Recruitment Records 6:1 Competition Rate!

 경상남도와 경남시청자미디어센터(센터장 정순영)가 추진하는 ‘AI 크리에이터 100인 육성사업’이 교육생 모집에서 6대1의 높은 경쟁률을 기록하며 도민들의 뜨거운 관심을 확인했다.

3월 3일부터 24일까지 진행된 기초교육 모집에 총 230명이 지원했고, 선발 예정 인원 40명 대비 큰 참여 열기를 보였다. 연령별로는 40대가 28%로 가장 많았고, 30대가 24%를 차지하며 청장년층 참여가 활발했다. 20대와 50대도 고르게 참여하여 AI 콘텐츠 제작에 대한 세대 간 관심이 확산되고 있음을 드러냈다.

이 사업은 AI 기반 콘텐츠 제작 교육, 제작 지원, 유통까지 단계별로 지원하며, 지역 콘텐츠 산업의 성장 기반을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기초교육은 4월 3일부터 시작되며, 영상 제작과 함께 인공지능 도구(제미나이, 수노 등) 교육이 병행된다. 평일반은 매주 금요일 오후 7시에서 9시, 주말반은 토요일 오전 10시부터 낮 12시까지 운영된다.

경남도는 선발된 교육생에게 체계적 교육과 멘토링을 제공하며, 향후 콘텐츠 제작과 유통 지원을 통해 실질적 창작 활동으로 이어지도록 할 계획이다.

The "AI Creator 100 Talent Development Project," led by Gyeongsangnam-do and the Gyeongnam City Viewer Media Center (Director Jeong Sun-young), has garnered strong interest from residents, evidenced by a high competition rate in the recruitment of trainees.

From March 3rd to 24th, 230 applicants applied for the basic education course, showing a competition ratio of 6 to 1 against the planned selection of 40 candidates. Among the age groups, those in their 40s represented the largest portion at 28%, followed by those in their 30s at 24%, reflecting active participation from young and middle-aged adults. Participation was also well-distributed among people in their 20s and 50s, indicating the expanding interest in AI content creation across generations.

This project aims to establish a foundation for regional content industry growth by providing stepwise support, from AI-based content production education to production assistance and distribution. The basic education course will start from April 3rd, with classes covering overall video production and training on AI tools such as Gemini and Suno. Sessions operate on weekday and weekend schedules: Fridays from 7 PM to 9 PM, and Saturdays from 10 AM to 12 PM.
