 환해(대표이사 이수민)는 주거 자산의 유지관리 데이터를 기록하고 자산 가치를 공신력 있게 인정하는 ‘글로벌 주거 자산 인증 프로토콜’을 도입한다고 3월 19일 밝혔다. 이 시스템은 주거 단지의 유지관리 이력을 체계적으로 디지털 데이터(HAD)로 관리하고, 이를 기반으로 자산 가치 인증서(HADC)를 발급하는 4단계 선순환 아키텍처를 갖췄다. 환해 자산인증센터가 중추적인 역할을 맡아 법적 증빙과 자산 가치 인증을 책임진다.

해당 프로토콜은 시행사의 유지관리 책임 이행을 무결성 데이터로 입증해 하자 분쟁 시 강력한 법적 방어 자료로 활용된다. 입주민은 이를 통해 부동산 거래 시 신뢰도 높은 디지털 관리 이력을 증명함으로써 자산 가치 하락 방어와 분쟁 예방에 실질적 혜택을 받는다.

HWANHAE, led by CEO Lee Soo-min, announced on March 19 the introduction of the "Global Residential Asset Certification Protocol," which records maintenance data of residential assets and credibly certifies their value. This system digitally manages maintenance histories of residential complexes as Hwanhae Asset Data (HAD) and issues asset value certificates (HADC) based on them through a four-stage virtuous cycle architecture. The Hwanhae Asset Certification Center plays a central role, overseeing legal evidence and asset value certification.

The protocol proves the developer's fulfillment of maintenance responsibilities with integrity data, providing strong legal defense evidence in case of defect disputes. Residents benefit practically by presenting reliable digital management histories during real estate transactions, helping defend against asset depreciation and prevent disputes.

CEO Lee emphasized that combining IT technology and ESG management models will restructure the market into "secure complexes with data-based price defense" and those without, stating, "Transparent management based on integrity data will become the new winning model in the housing market."

Moreover, HWANHAE has adopted global standard protocols preparing for overseas market entry and plans to establish a new standard for housing policies linked with local government administration, securing the global status of Korea’s asset certification system.
