 기아의 플래그십 전동화 SUV ‘EV9 GT’가 독일의 유력 자동차 전문 매체 ‘아우토빌트(Auto Bild)’가 실시한 전기차 비교 평가에서 볼보 EX90을 제치고 우수한 상품 경쟁력을 인정받았다. 독일 자동차 시장에서 영향력 있는 아우토빌트의 평가는 유럽 소비자들의 차량 구매에 중요한 척도로 활용된다.

이번 평가에서 EV9 GT는 바디, 파워트레인, 경제성 등 주요 7개 항목에서 높은 점수를 받아 총 583점을 기록, EX90(565점)을 18점 차로 제치며 우위를 점했다. 기아는 과거 실시된 평가에서도 ‘EV9 GT-line(AWD)’이 볼보 EX90을 이긴 바 있어 실력을 재확인했다.
