엔씨(NC) 2억200만달러 투자해 독일 플랫폼 기업 저스트플레이 지분 70% 확보, 4월 말 인수 완료! NCsoft invested $220 million to acquire a 70% stake in German platform company JustPlay, completing the acquisition at the end of April.

 엔씨소프트(공동대표 김택진, 박병무)가 글로벌 모바일 캐주얼 게임 사업 확장을 위해 독일 베를린 소재 모바일 게임 플랫폼 기업 ‘저스트플레이(JustPlay)’의 지분 70%를 2억200만달러에 인수하기로 3월 10일 이사회에서 의결했으며, 인수는 4월 말 완료할 예정이다.

저스트플레이는 광고 기술 기반의 모바일 캐주얼 게임 개발 및 리워드 플랫폼 기업으로, 40여 종의 게임을 서비스 중이며 2025년 연매출 1억7280만달러, 영업이익 1910만달러를 기록했다. 매출의 70%가 북미에서 발생하여 북미·유럽 시장에서 경쟁력을 확보하고 있다. 2026년 1분기 매출은 6520만달러, 영업이익은 750만달러로 추정되며, 연간 매출은 3억2500만달러, 영업이익은 4000만달러에 달할 것으로 전망된다.

엔씨는 2025년 모바일 캐주얼 센터를 신설하고 개발, 퍼블리싱, 데이터, 기술 역량을 통합한 모바일 캐주얼 에코시스템을 구축 중이며, 베트남 ‘리후후’와 국내 ‘스프링컴즈’ 등 국내외 모바일 캐주얼 스튜디오 인수를 통해 글로벌 전문 개발사 확보와 포트폴리오 확장에 적극 나서고 있다.

NCsoft(Co-CEOs Kim Taek-jin and Park Byeong-mu) decided on March 10 to acquire a 70% stake in German Berlin-based mobile game platform company JustPlay for USD 202.0 million, with the acquisition expected to be completed by the end of April.

JustPlay is an ad-tech based mobile casual game developer and reward platform company, servicing over 40 games. In 2025, it recorded annual revenue of USD 172.8 million and operating profit of USD 19.1 million. Seventy percent of its revenue comes from North America, securing competitive strength in the North American and European markets. For Q1 2026, revenue is estimated at USD 65.2 million with an operating profit of USD 7.5 million. Annual revenue is projected to reach USD 325.0 million with an operating profit of USD 40.0 million.

In 2025, NC established the Mobile Casual Center, building a mobile casual ecosystem integrating development, publishing, data, and technology capabilities. The company is actively expanding its portfolio and securing global specialized developers by acquiring mobile casual studios domestically and internationally, including Vietnam's Lihuhu and Korea's Springcomes.
