현대자동차는 차세대 모빌리티 혁신을 이끌 인재 확보를 위해 오는 20일부터 4월 3일까지 2주간 공식 채용 홈페이지를 통해 전 부문이 참여하는 대규모 채용을 실시한다고 16일 밝혔다.
이번 채용은 신입 및 경력 인재를 대상으로 진행되며 연구개발, 디자인, 생산·제조, 사업·기획, 경영지원, IT 등 전 부문에서 총 171개 직무의 인재를 모집한다.
현대차는 열정과 성장 잠재력을 갖춘 인재를 선발해 미래 모빌리티 경쟁력을 강화한다는 방침이다. 또한 지난해에 이어 올해도 장애인 신입 특별 채용을 함께 운영해 균형 잡힌 채용 기조를 이어간다.
아울러 3월 25일에는 지원자의 직무 이해를 돕기 위해 채용 유튜브 채널에서 ‘팀 현대 토크 라이브(Team Hyundai Talk Live)’를 진행한다. 해당 프로그램에서는 인사 담당자가 직무와 채용 절차를 소개하고 지원자들의 궁금증을 해소할 예정이다.
행사는 사전 신청자에 한해 참여할 수 있으며 신청은 3월 22일까지 현대차 공식 채용 홈페이지에서 가능하다.

Hyundai Motor Company announced on the 16th that it will conduct a large-scale recruitment across all divisions through its official recruitment website for two weeks, from March 20 to April 3, aiming to secure talent to lead next-generation mobility innovation.
The recruitment targets both new graduates and experienced professionals, seeking candidates for a total of 171 positions across divisions including research and development, design, production and manufacturing, business and planning, management support, and IT.
Hyundai plans to select passionate and growth-potential talents to strengthen its future mobility competitiveness. Following last year, the company will also continue its special recruitment of new employees with disabilities to maintain a balanced hiring approach.
Additionally, on March 25, Hyundai will hold ‘Team Hyundai Talk Live’ on its recruitment YouTube channel to help applicants better understand the job roles. During this live session, HR representatives will introduce job specifics and the hiring process while addressing applicants’ questions.
Participation in the event is limited to those who pre-register by March 22 through Hyundai’s official recruitment website.
