 서울 모빌테크(대표 김재승)와 디스페이스코리아(대표 손태영)가 자율주행 기술 혁신을 위한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다. 양사는 모빌테크의 고정밀 3D 공간 스캐닝 기술과 디스페이스의 글로벌 시뮬레이션 툴체인을 결합해 실제 환경 기반의 초실감형 가상 환경과 ‘피지컬 AI’ 인프라를 공동 구축한다. 이를 통해 자율주행 알고리즘 신뢰성을 강화하고 미래 모빌리티 시장 검증 수요에 대응할 계획이다.

협력 주요 내용은 △한국형 고퀄리티 피지컬 AI 모델링 데이터 구축 △E2E(End-to-End) 자율주행 모델 검증 환경 공동 제안 및 시장 확대 △디스페이스 HILS(Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation) 솔루션과 모빌테크 기술 결합을 통한 솔루션 고도화 △정부 과제 및 공동 사업화 기회 모색 등이다.

모빌테크는 실제 도로와 동일한 정밀 공간 데이터를 제공하며, 디스페이스는 이를 시뮬레이션 환경에 최적화해 적용한다. 손태영 디스페이스코리아 대표는 양사 기술의 결합으로 고도화된 자율주행 검증 솔루션을 제공하겠다고 밝혔고, 김재승 모빌테크 대표도 협력을 통해 피지컬 AI 시대 핵심 인프라 구축에 기여할 것이라고 강조했다.

양사는 이번 MOU를 계기로 정기적인 기술 교류와 품질 개선 활동을 이어가며, 국내외 자율주행 제조사와 부품사를 대상으로 공동 솔루션을 제안해 시너지를 극대화할 방침이다.

Mobiltech (CEO Kim Jae-seung), a spatial intelligence company based in Seoul, and D-Space Korea (CEO Son Tae-young), a global autonomous driving simulation and verification solution provider, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to jointly establish a hyper-realistic virtual environment based on real-world scenarios and lead next-generation autonomous driving simulation technologies.

The collaboration combines Mobiltech’s high-precision 3D spatial scanning technology with D-Space’s world-class simulation toolchain to jointly build the ‘Physical AI’ infrastructure essential for autonomous driving technology. Through this partnership, the companies aim to secure the reliability of autonomous driving algorithms and respond competently to the rapidly evolving testing demands of the future mobility market.

Key details of the collaboration include constructing high-quality Korean-style Physical AI modeling data optimized for D-Space's simulator, jointly proposing and expanding the market for end-to-end (E2E) autonomous driving model validation environments, advancing solutions by integrating Dispace’s Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation (HILS) and Mobiltech’s technologies, as well as exploring government projects and joint commercialization opportunities.

Mobiltech provides highly accurate spatial data virtually identical to real roads, while Dispace optimizes this data for its simulation environments. Son Tae-young, CEO of Dispace Korea, remarked that Mobiltech’s high-precision spatial data is a crucial element for maximizing the performance of Dispace’s simulation toolchain in domestic environments. Kim Jae-seung, CEO of Mobiltech, emphasized that the cooperation will demonstrate Mobiltech’s data technology as an essential infrastructure for the Physical AI era, with their joint end-to-end validation environment playing a decisive role in advancing future mobility technologies.

Following this MOU, the two companies plan to continue regular technology exchanges and quality improvement activities, while jointly proposing solutions to domestic and international autonomous vehicle manufacturers and parts suppliers to maximize business synergies.
