 서울 삼성동 코엑스에서 3월 28일부터 29일까지 이틀간 ‘2026 서울 유학박람회’가 개최된다. 한국전람이 주최하는 이 박람회는 1992년 시작해 올해 33회를 맞았으며, 누적 관람객 110만 명, 참가 기관 약 1만 개로 국내 최장수·대표 유학·이민 전문 박람회로 자리매김했다. 올해 행사에는 미국, 캐나다, 호주, 뉴질랜드, 영국, 말레이시아, 독일 등 30여 개국, 300여 개 유학·이민 관련 기관이 참여한다.

특히 이번 박람회에서는 태국과 베트남 주요 국제학교 입학 담당자들이 직접 방문해 입학 상담을 진행한다. 태국 참가 학교로는 방콕 인터내셔널 프리패러토리 앤 세컨더리 스쿨, 아메리칸 스쿨 오브 방콕 XCL, D-PREP 국제학교, 타라 파타나 국제학교, 베르다 클로드 국제학교 푸켓, 와이콤브 애비 국제학교 방콕, 리젠트 국제학교 방콕·파타야, 세인트 앤드류스 국제학교 등이 있으며, 베트남에서는 웨스트링크 국제학교 하노이, 페어몬트 국제학교, 트루 노스 국제학교, 호라이즌 국제학교, 세인트 폴 국제학교 하노이, 포인트 애비뉴 등이 참여한다.

조기유학, 정규 유학, 어학연수, 항공·예술 유학 등 다양한 유학 과정과 함께 취업 이민, 투자 이민, 은퇴 이민 등 이민·투자 프로그램도 소개된다. 현장에서는 입학 절차, 교육 과정, 학비, 영어 레벨 테스트, 학생·보호자 비자, 현지 생활 환경 등에 대한 구체적인 상담이 가능하다.

주최 측은 대부분의 국제학교 입학 상담이 이메일이나 온라인으로 이뤄지는 상황에서, 이번 박람회를 통해 학교 담당자를 직접 만나 정확하고 상세한 정보를 얻을 수 있다고 강조했다. 또한, SLP 유학원은 입학 상담뿐 아니라 현지 정착 지원 프로그램도 함께 제공한다.

박람회는 오전 10시부터 오후 6시까지 진행되며 사전 상담 예약을 권장한다. 많은 방문객으로 인해 현장 대기 시간이 발생할 수 있다.

The “2026 Seoul Study Abroad Expo” will be held over two days, from March 28 to 29, at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul. Hosted by Korea Exhibition, this expo marks its 33rd event since its inception in 1992. It has become Korea’s longest-running and most representative study abroad and immigration expo, with a cumulative attendance of 1.1 million visitors and participation from approximately 10,000 organizations. This year’s event will feature over 300 study abroad and immigration-related institutions from more than 30 countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Germany.

Notably, admissions officers from leading international schools in Thailand and Vietnam will visit in person to provide admissions consultations. Participating Thai schools include Bangkok International Preparatory and Secondary School, American School of Bangkok XCL, D-PREP International School, Tara Pattana International School, Berda Claude International School Phuket, Wycombe Abbey International School Bangkok, Regent’s International School Bangkok and Pattaya, and St. Andrews International School. Vietnamese schools attending include Westlink International School Hanoi, Fairmont International School Vietnam, True North International School, Horizon International School, St. Paul International School Hanoi, and Point Avenue.

A wide range of study programs, such as early study abroad, full-regular programs, language training, aviation and arts studies, will be covered. Additionally, immigration and investment programs including employment immigration, investment immigration, and retirement immigration will be introduced. On-site consultations will address various topics including admission procedures, curricula, tuition fees, English level testing, student and guardian visa requirements, and local living conditions.

The organizers emphasize that while international school admissions consultations are usually conducted via email or online, this expo provides the opportunity to meet school representatives in person, enabling attendees to receive more accurate and detailed information. Moreover, SLP Study Abroad Agency will offer not only admissions counseling but also local settlement support programs.

The expo will operate from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pre-booking consultations are recommended as waiting times may occur due to large visitor turnout.
