 그룹 방탄소년단(BTS)이 오는 3월 20일 정규 5집 앨범 '아리랑'(ARIRANG)을 발매하며 컴백한다. BTS는 3월 5일 공식 SNS를 통해 “저희 7명이 함께 이 길을 계속 걸어갈 수 있다고 생각한다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

공개된 복귀 공연 ‘BTS 컴백 라이브: 아리랑’ 트레일러 영상은 경복궁의 낮과 밤을 배경으로 우리 전통 건축미와 BTS 멤버들이 어우러진 모습으로 큰 관심을 모았다. ‘세계 최정상의 그룹이 돌아온다’, ‘그들의 귀환을 목도하라’는 문구를 통해 K팝 간판 그룹의 컴백에 대한 기대감을 한층 고조시켰다.

앨범 발매 다음 날인 3월 21일 오후 8시 서울 광화문 광장 일대에서 진행되는 컴백 공연은 2012년 런던 올림픽 개막식과 미국 슈퍼볼 하프타임 쇼 등을 연출한 해미시 해밀턴 감독이 총연출을 맡았다. 공연은 넷플릭스를 통해 전 세계에 생중계될 예정이다.

The trailer for their comeback performance, 'BTS THE COMEBACK LIVE | ARIRANG,' features the traditional architectural beauty of Gyeongbokgung Palace set against both day and night backdrops, blending harmoniously with the members. Phrases such as "The world's top group returns" and "Witness their comeback" have heightened anticipation for the K-pop leading group's return.

The comeback live show will take place on March 21 at 8 p.m. around Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul. Renowned director Hamish Hamilton, known for directing the 2012 London Olympic opening ceremony and the Super Bowl halftime shows, is the overall director. The performance will be live-streamed globally via Netflix.
