삼성SDS, 국내 AX 시장 주도권 굳힌다… ChatGPT 엔터프라이즈 공급 연쇄 계약! Samsung SDS solidifies its leadership in the domestic AX market and signs a ChatGPT enterprise supply chain contract!

 삼성SDS가 고려아연, 아이크래프트, 티맥스소프트 등 다양한 산업을 대표하는 주요 기업들과 ChatGPT 엔터프라이즈 공급 계약을 잇달아 체결하며 기업용 생성형 AI 시장에서 주도권을 강화하고 있다. 지난해 12월 국내 최초로 OpenAI의 공식 리셀러 파트너로 선정된 이후, 삼성SDS는 맞춤형 AI 전환 전략과 원팀(One-Team) 지원 체계를 통해 AI 도입 초기부터 전사 확산, 운영 고도화까지 통합 지원하고 있다.

특히, 기업 내부 데이터 보호를 강화한 보안 구조와 관리 기능을 제공하는 ChatGPT 엔터프라이즈를 활용해 고객의 AI 활용 역량을 고도화하고 있다. 초기 도입 지원 프로그램 ‘부트캠프’도 운영하여 체계적 도입을 돕고 있다.

고려아연은 AI 기반 스마트 제련소 구축을 추진하며 제련 기술 경쟁력 강화를 목표로 도입했고, 아이크래프트는 업무 생산성 향상과 AI 전문 역량 고도화를 위해, 티맥스소프트는 AI 기반 개발 환경 구축과 글로벌 AI 비즈니스 플랫폼 도약을 위해 ChatGPT 엔터프라이즈를 도입했다.

Samsung SDS is strengthening its leadership in the enterprise generative AI market by securing consecutive ChatGPT Enterprise supply contracts with major companies representing various industries, including Korea Zinc, iCraft, and TmaxSoft. Since being selected as OpenAI’s official reseller partner in Korea last December, Samsung SDS has provided customized AI transformation strategies and a One-Team support system that integrates end-to-end AI adoption from initial planning to company-wide expansion and advanced operations.

Specifically, ChatGPT Enterprise offers a security structure and enhanced management features designed to protect internal corporate data, enabling clients to advance their AI utilization capabilities. Samsung SDS also operates an initial rollout support program called “Bootcamp,” which facilitates systematic AI adoption.

Korea Zinc adopted ChatGPT Enterprise aiming to build an AI-based smart smelting plant and enhance its smelting technology competitiveness. iCraft introduced it to improve work productivity and elevate AI expertise, while TmaxSoft leveraged the service to establish a secured AI-based development environment and accelerate its leap toward becoming a global AI business platform.
