 INNIO Group, a leading provider of energy solutions and services, today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the aftermarket business operations of Enerflex Ltd. in Australia, Thailand, and Indonesia. This strategic acquisition is a key step in INNIO’s plan to strengthen its presence and customer proximity across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The transaction, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the second half of 2026.

The Enerflex APAC aftermarket business operates primarily in three countries with eight locations, offering extensive workshop and office facilities along with a substantial installed base supported by long-term service agreements with major oil and gas companies.

Dr. Dennis Schulze, CFO of INNIO Group, stated, “Integrating Enerflex’s expertise into our APAC operations will enhance our service portfolio, deliver greater value to customers, and accelerate growth in the region. Enerflex has been a valued partner to INNIO, and we look forward to expanding this collaboration.”

This acquisition complements INNIO’s existing portfolio in APAC, building on its 2024 acquisition of Souer in Thailand, and reinforces its commitment to providing customer-centric energy solutions. INNIO’s Waukesha engines, ranging from 200 kW to 3.7 MW, are renowned in the industry for low emissions, high reliability, and fuel flexibility, offering dependable solutions for gas compression and power generation.

This acquisition positions INNIO for sustainable growth in the APAC market and strengthens its platform for future expansion.

Enerflex APAC 애프터마켓 사업부는 세 개국에서 총 8개 사업장을 운영하고 있으며, 충분한 작업장과 사무실 공간 그리고 주요 석유 및 가스 기업과의 장기 서비스 계약을 통한 견고한 설치 기반을 갖추고 있다.

이번 인수는 INNIO가 2024년 태국에서 Souer를 인수한 데 이어 APAC 포트폴리오를 보완하고 고객 중심의 에너지 솔루션 제공에 대한 의지를 강화하는 역할을 한다. INNIO의 와우케샤 엔진은 200kW부터 3.7MW까지 다양하며, 저배출, 높은 신뢰성, 연료 유연성으로 업계 표준을 제시하며 가스 압축 및 발전 분야에서 안정적인 에너지 솔루션을 제공한다.

이번 인수는 INNIO가 APAC 시장에서 지속 가능한 성장을 도모하고 향후 확장 기반을 강화하는 데 중요한 발판이 될 것이다.
