(Nasdaq: RAAQ), a special purpose acquisition company, today announced the signing of a definitive business combination agreement that will take IQM public. Upon completion of the transaction, IQM will list American Depositary Shares on one of the two leading U.S. stock exchanges.
Headquartered in Finland, IQM is also considering a dual listing on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, expected to occur following the transaction’s completion.
