Avnet의 글로벌 커뮤니티 엘리먼트14가 여성 과학, 기술, 공학, 수학(STEM) 분야에서 활약하는 인재들의 실제 경험을 공유하는 ‘INSPIRE HER FUTURE’ 캠페인을 개최한다. 이 캠페인은 여성들의 업적을 널리 알리고, STEM 분야 다양성을 반영한 글로벌 스토리 아카이브 구축을 목표로 한다.
Andreea Teodorescu 엘리먼트14 글로벌 마케팅 총괄은 “여성들이 기술과 엔지니어링의 미래를 만들어 가나 공로가 적절히 평가받지 못하는 경우가 많다”며, 본 캠페인이 롤모델 확산과 커뮤니티 연결 강화, 차세대 여성 인재의 가능성 발견에 기여할 것이라 밝혔다.
캠페인은 학생, 초기 경력자, 메이커, 교육자, 전문가 등 모든 경력 단계의 여성 참여를 권장하며, 진로 경험, 프로젝트, 도전, 조언 등을 자유롭게 제출할 수 있다. 또한 커뮤니티 구성원 및 지지자들이 롤모델 여성들을 추천할 수 있으며, 선정된 사례는 학생, 사회 초년생, 전문가·교육자 부문으로 소개되어 엘리먼트14 커뮤니티 채널에서 공개 및 시상된다. 모든 제출 작품은 전문가 심사를 거친다.

Avnet's global community element14 is launching the ‘INSPIRE HER FUTURE’ campaign to highlight the real experiences of women excelling in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). This campaign aims to promote women’s achievements and build a global story archive that reflects diversity in STEM fields.
Andreea Teodorescu, Global Head of Community and Product Marketing at element14, said, "While women are shaping the future of technology and engineering daily, their contributions often go unrecognized." She emphasized that the campaign will spread role models, strengthen community connections, and help the next generation of female talent discover their potential.
The campaign encourages participation from women at all career stages, including students, early-career professionals, makers, educators, and experts. Participants can freely share their career journeys, projects, challenges, lessons learned, and advice. Additionally, community members and supporters can recommend inspiring women as role models. Selected stories will be featured in student, early-career, and professional/educator categories and showcased on the element14 community channels with awards. All submissions will be reviewed by expert judges.
