창원시 진해구에서 전국 최대 벚꽃축제인 ‘제64회 진해군항제’ 개최! The 64th Jinhae Cherry Blossom Festival, the largest cherry blossom festival in the nation, is being held in Jinhae-gu, Changwon City!

 경상남도 창원시 진해구에서 전국 최대 벚꽃축제인 ‘제64회 진해군항제’가 2026년 3월 27일(금)부터 4월 5일(일)까지 10일간 중원로타리와 진해루를 포함한 진해구 일원에서 화려하게 개최됩니다.

이번 진해군항제는 봄바람에 흩날리는 벚꽃잎과 함께 경남 도민은 물론 전국 각지에서 수많은 방문객이 찾을 것으로 기대됩니다. 아름다운 벚꽃 명소로는 여좌천, 경화역, 중원로타리, 해군사관학교, 안민고개가 있으며, 안민고개는 축제 기간 동안 차량 통제가 이루어집니다.

특히 평일과 주말에는 무료 셔틀버스가 운행되며, 차량 통제 구간 내 ‘차 없는 거리’와 ‘일방통행’에 대한 사전 확인이 필요합니다. 주말에는 관광객의 방문이 집중되므로 대중교통 이용을 적극 권장합니다.

경남 도민 여러분께서는 진해군항제를 통해 마음 속에 화사한 봄의 기운이 가득하길 바랄 뿐 아니라, 많은 시민과 관광객이 아름다운 벚꽃의 정취를 즐기는 뜻깊은 시간이 되길 바랍니다.

The 64th Jinhae Gunhangje Festival, the nation’s largest cherry blossom festival, will be splendidly held from Friday, March 27 to Sunday, April 5, 2026, spanning 10 days across Jinhae-gu, Changwon City, Gyeongnam Province, including Jungwon Rotary and Jinhaeru.

This year’s festival is expected to attract numerous visitors from across the country as well as residents of Gyeongnam, celebrating the beautiful cherry blossoms fluttering in the spring breeze. Notable cherry blossom spots include Yeojwacheon Stream, Gyeonghwa Station, Jungwon Rotary, Naval Academy, and Anmin Hill, where vehicle restrictions will be enforced throughout the festival period.

Free shuttle buses will operate on both weekdays and weekends, and visitors are advised to check the designated car-free zones and one-way traffic routes in advance. Especially on weekends, due to heavy visitor traffic, the use of public transportation is strongly encouraged.
