삼성전자, ‘갤럭시 S26 시리즈’ 국내 사전 판매에서 135만 대 판매 기록… 역대 갤럭시 S 시리즈 중 최다 판매! Samsung Electronics sells 1.35 million Galaxy S26 series units in domestic pre-orders, the highest-selling Galaxy S series model ever.

 삼성전자는 2월 27일부터 3월 5일까지 진행한 ‘갤럭시 S26 시리즈’ 국내 사전 판매에서 135만 대를 기록하며 역대 최다 판매 신기록을 세웠다. 기존 기록인 ‘갤럭시 S25’ 시리즈의 130만 대를 1년 만에 넘어섰다. 특히 ‘갤럭시 S26 울트라’가 전체 판매의 약 70%를 차지하며 울트라 모델 역대 최대 판매량을 달성했다.

갤럭시 S26 울트라는 모바일 최초 프라이버시 디스플레이, 최신 AP, 2억 화소 광각 카메라 등 강력한 성능으로 큰 호평을 받았다. 또한 ‘슈퍼 스테디’ 기능에 수평 고정 옵션이 추가되어 영상 촬영 시 흔들림을 효과적으로 보정한다는 점이 주목받고 있다.

색상별 판매 비중은 울트라와 기본 모델에서 화이트와 블랙이, 갤럭시 S26+는 블랙과 코발트 바이올렛이 인기가 높았다. 삼성닷컴과 강남 전용 컬러인 핑크 골드, 실버 셰도우도 좋은 반응을 얻었다.

특히 삼성닷컴에서 구매한 고객의 30% 이상이 ‘New 갤럭시 AI 구독클럽’에 가입했으며, 256GB 모델 구매 시 512GB로 업그레이드해주고, 1년 후 반납 시 50% 보장 혜택이 결합되어 소비자 만족을 높였다. 구독클럽은 올해부터 사이버 금융범죄 및 쇼핑몰 사기 피해 보상, 분실 보장까지 확대된 3년형 상품으로 강화됐다.

3월 구매 고객 대상 혜택으로는 삼성닷컴 앱에서 갤럭시 버즈4 10% 할인, 케이스·액세서리 30% 할인 쿠폰 제공, 울트라 구매 시 60W 충전기 30% 할인 쿠폰 추가 증정이 있다.

갤럭시 S26 시리즈는 3월 6일부터 순차적으로 개통 시작되며, 11일부터 전 세계 120여 개국에 출시된다.

Samsung Electronics achieved a record-breaking 1.35 million units sold in the domestic pre-order sales of the Galaxy S26 series from February 27 to March 5, surpassing last year’s 1.3 million units sold of the Galaxy S25 series within one year. Notably, the Galaxy S26 Ultra accounted for approximately 70% of total sales, marking the highest sales volume ever for an Ultra model.

The Galaxy S26 Ultra has received positive reviews due to its outstanding features including the world’s first privacy display on a mobile device, the latest processor, and a 200-megapixel wide-angle camera. The newly added horizontal stabilization option in the ‘Super Steady’ video stabilization feature has also attracted attention for significantly enhancing shooting stability and convenience.

Regarding color popularity, White and Black were favored in both the Ultra and base models, while Black and Cobalt Violet were most popular on the Galaxy S26+. The Pink Gold and Silver Shadow colors offered exclusively through Samsung.com and Samsung Gangnam stores also received good responses.

Over 30% of customers who purchased through Samsung.com subscribed to the ‘New Galaxy AI Subscription Club.’ Through this club, customers enjoyed benefits such as a free upgrade from 256GB to 512GB storage and a 50% guaranteed return price based on the 512GB model if the device is returned after one year. This subscription service has been enhanced this year to a three-year plan that includes compensation for cyber financial crimes, online shopping fraud, and loss coverage.

For March purchases, Samsung offers various benefits including a 10% discount coupon for the Galaxy Buds4 series, five 30% discount coupons for cases and accessories via the Samsung.com app, and an additional 30% discount coupon for a 60W charger with the purchase of the Galaxy S26 Ultra.

The Galaxy S26 series began sequential activation on March 6, and global release will start on March 11 in over 120 countries including South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, and India.
