 SK팜테코는 프랑스 코르베유에손 소재 생산시설이 CGMP(Current Good Manufacturing Practice) 적격 인증을 성공적으로 획득했다고 발표했습니다. 최첨단 설비를 갖춘 이 시설은 후기 임상 단계 및 상업용 바이럴 벡터 대규모 생산을 위해 완전 가동 준비를 마쳤습니다.

최근 프랑스 보건당국 ANSM의 실사를 통과하고 운영 승인을 획득한 가운데, SK팜테코는 독자 플랫폼인 AAVelocity™를 활용해 첫 배치 생산을 완료했습니다. 이 시설은 다품목 생산이 가능한 두 개의 독립 제조 시설과 바이럴 벡터 생산 스위트를 보유하며, 5000㎡ 규모 내 50L부터 1000L까지 총 12대의 싱글유즈 바이오리액터를 갖춰 연간 최대 40개의 CGMP 배치 생산이 가능합니다.

SK팜테코는 AAVelocity™와 LentiSure™ 플랫폼으로 임상 규모 프로세스를 대규모 상업 생산에 확대해도 안정성과 신뢰성을 유지, 세포·유전자 치료제 개발사의 위험을 현저히 줄이고 있습니다.

SK pharmteco has announced that its manufacturing facility located in Corbeil-Essonnes, France, has successfully obtained CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance certification. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, the facility is fully operational and prepared to support large-scale viral vector production for late-stage clinical trials and commercial use.

Following a recent inspection and operational approval by the French health authority ANSM, SK pharmteco completed its first batch production using its proprietary platform, AAVelocity™. The facility features two independent manufacturing sites capable of multi-product production, as well as viral vector production suites. It houses twelve single-use bioreactors ranging from 50L to 1000L within a 5,000㎡ dedicated CGMP facility, enabling an annual capacity of up to 40 CGMP batches.

Leveraging its validated platforms, AAVelocity™ and LentiSure™, SK pharmteco ensures stability and reliability when scaling processes from clinical to large commercial production, significantly reducing risks for cell and gene therapy developers.
